Our yearly food drive will start on Monday, November 23rd through Friday, December 4th.
The district goal this year is: 5,000 food staples. If, as a district, we reach our goal, we will earn an extra day of Winter Break.
The elementary classroom with the most items donated will also win a prize.
All items donated stay in Belle Plaine and are distributed to families in town.

Canned Meats (tuna, chicken, pork, salmon, etc.)
Instant oat meal mixes
Canned pastas (spaghetti-o’s, ravioli, beefaroni, spaghetti and meatballs, etc.)
Canned soup, stews, chili
|Additionally: No particular order
Instant mashed potatoes (big boxes)
Other canned Vegetables
Pork and beans
Condiment items (ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, etc.)
Cooking oil, flour, sugar
Snack items (chips, crackers, candy)
Plus anything anyone wants to bring (we can use it all)
Plus cash donations in lieu of food donations (to help with rent, electric and water bills)
